Description
Since I started with a mythological theme before, why not continuing in that directon a little while longer.This took longer than expected and basically instead of drawing it on paper, I drew it on the carton backboard of the picture frame directly.
This is my 2nd artwork of my personal challenge in 2015, to draw on anything but paper.

Well, the funny thing is that Gandalf was based off of Odin. Β So... it's not a terrible comparison. Β ^_^

THAT Odin? Wow, you gave him human face and in general - something good, kind. How seriousness, sad and melancholic he seems to be here. The same with the crow (who is just beautiful and full of grace).Β
I truly like the hat's structure, reminds me of sea's surface. I admire ornaments, very detailed and artful
I enjoy the idea with material, brown background makes an impression of old drawing. And it gives nice nostalgic mood also.
