FULL VIEW PLEASE!I got the idea to draw a person walking in the cool shadows of a tree alley, when the sun is so hot and dense that you have the impression to be blinded by the light.
You can still recognise the basic composition of a diagonal line across the sheet, on one side is the light and the shadow on the other.
With time, this basic idea developed more and more.
HB, B, B5 on A3 Bristol extra smooth paper.

but I admit something is disturbing : I have the feeling that backround and foreground are on the same plan, which make it a bit flat
I guess it's because of 2 things :
color in background is as dark as in foreground
backround is as detailled as foreground
of course my opinion is not that precious, as I'm quite a beginner (and my draws are worse than yours
