Besides his mad skills:

In the upper right of Paint SAI, there is a window that says "Stabilizer" or "Smoothing". Setting it higher will create non-jitter lines when you trace over your sketches.

Nope, except stroking lines using the pen tool. However, .SAI files can be saved as .PSD's. They also retain layer properties from SAI to PSD but not the other way around.

I downloaded the trial and instantly fell in love with this stabalizer! I've been looking for something like this for a long time! Now I just need to buy it.

Just don't rely on it too much, or your non-digital sketches will suffer (< true story).

Also I think you could just constantly renew the trial forever if you do it right.

Try the S-1, S-2, etc settings.
