Old doodle, a manga style back pose.Reference is a scene from Vampire Knight by Hino Matsuri.
The original version in Vampire Knight manga was Kuran Kaname (male), ...
And here, I tried to draw a female version.
Now I'm curious. If I hadn't told you all these things before, ... what would you see in this drawing? Do you think it is male or female?

I wouldn't be able to tell. It has a kind of gender neutral feel. But that would change depending on the front of the person.
