The greatest kingdom which is now known as England has passed several steps of its long-long history: Roman Britain, the Anglo-Saxon invasion, Viking challenge, unification under guidance of Ethelstan, Norman period, Plantagenet's England, Tudor's England, colonial England, English Civil War and the last formation.
It was a way of invasions, wars, fights for freedom, acquisition country's own face and bloody glory.
It's a European crown of diamons, gold and pearls.
However England also has another page of it's history that sometimes describing as unions with brotherhood peoples. Important to remember that those unions weren't peaceful; they weren't agreed with the Welsh, Scottish and Irish. And it all began in the middle of XII centure when England's got Wales...
