Lovely! 
I love the color choices, and the pencil/chalk strokes. What a cool background, with all the seashells! This has a stylalized, postcard-type of look to it. I like.
My only bit of critiue is that her writs seems to be missing. In the future I would suggest working on that part of the hand/arm more.
