Joey LOVES insulting Kaiba, even in canon.... It is still a little weird to me why Mokuba would be so happy to see them, but I knew he would be... (This is from a person who read the early manga and saw Mokuba play a Russian Roulette with food to kill Yugi and friends....) So I'm still not used to that yet. In the anime he always seems to enjoy Yugi and his friends's company ^^... Unlike his brother, in the anime I think he really likes them, but once again it's just my opinion lol

I have all 47 of them and have read all of them. (Nerd much?)Season 1 and onwards (after he is saved) he enjoys Yugi and co.'s company, but in Season 0 he is the same as in the manga. Do you know about Season 0? (Green Haired Seto Kaiba) Yes, EVIL Mokuba is very creepy, so much that I hated the character for a while. Don't worry, I like him now. You're welcome! But you're right, at the beginning of season 1 Mokuba didn't like Yugi and his friends, because he defeated his brother, if I remember correctly? (Well, it's been a while...^^) But he quickly understand that they are great guys hehe
