Description
I did some more work on my latest amazon image, with a softer, diffused lighting and a cliff background blocked in. I removed one of the hydra heads in the foreground to clean up the composition a bit, and added some more highlights on the characters so it looks like they are wet. Now I just have to re-work some of the character drawings so the eye directions and poses line up with the incoming hydra heads, and then I can start painting for real.Related content

Amazing scenario! Already looks really good as it is in my opinion. Especially like the way the water clings to those hydras.
Still, my silly mind can't help but imagine that the shield-snuggling hydra is trying a very blunt pick-up line on that girl... X3

I enjoyed the previous images, too, and this one shows that the final product's going to be exceptional. I think you're right--lining up Hydra heads and Amazon poses will add even more drama to the piece. And the highlights making the ladies look wet does add realism. It's hard to believe they would be in a situation like that without getting soaked!
