Originally created: Sep 22, 2017An OC made up for the Powerpuff Girls. He was made with chemical I, in reference to how the PPGs were made with Chemical X, but Bliss was made with Chemical W, so I came up with a random letter for this reason lol. Anyways, he is a sporty jock character (don't worry, not a mean one I promise), who plays basketball.
