Ah, 43 pages and 20 sets later... and Round 3 is complete! This round was insane and super fun wrapped together. I've never done a comic this long before in such this short amount of time. I'm a little sad that I wasn't able to do the entire thing in pen, but at the same time I thought the pencil work turned out very well, rather surprising actually. I thought it kinda fit in the end. C: Though there are a couple things about the round I didn't like (mostly some things script-wise) I am quite happy with the outcome.
Lorksuot was also a very interesting character to fight against, and Finion591 was an even awesomer (yes, I said it) opponent! So much fun. So much sweat and hand cramping pain. Totally worth it~
And, as always, feel free to express what you thought of the round! Favorite part? Anything art/plot wise you favored? Anything art/plot wise you disliked? Any improvements for a possible next time? All appreciated!

Nnnggh, Baneβs death. I found myself wincing while reading that, it really, really sounded like a crummy way to die.
I am happy I wasnβt in your position though...Iβve read through Lorksuotβs rounds and his reference and still have no idea what his abilities are, how they work or why the heck are parts of him made of flour?! Even the name is sufficient to make my head explode, requiring constant double-checking. It sounds Finnish, curiously
Hmm, people seem to be quite okay with half-blind Chordata. Which is odd. Having somebody blind approach you with 5-inch claws extended towards you should be sufficient to freak anybody out.
Lorkβs constant dilemma with his voices was intriguing, especially with the "MOAR BLOOD" one. Was half-expecting him to start breaking some bones again.
Iβm gonna have to remember that transition at the top of page 36, that looks like an incredibly useful one.
By the fourth round, Chordataβs opponents should really be doing their research, getting beaten to a pulp just because they are distracted by glowy things is a crappy way to fall out of the tourney. Doesnβt it occur to anybody to just question the beaten opponents for intelligence?
So, 43 pages within 6 weeks? Thee art crazey, Filly. The good kind of crazy, mind you, the masochistically focused, dedicated and hard-working.....*sees the reference for Caesar*

Indeed, quite so. Not only dying from being hung, but being hung by one's own necklace. Apparently that disturbed a lot of people, haha.
I'm not sure where the name derives, though his owner is German. I did have some confusion, but 591 is really fantastic at explaining things, so with just a few question exchanges, all was pretty much sorted out.
A funny note, though, I kept spelling his name wrong for a good while until I finally realized it's Lorksuot not Lorksout!
One would expect! I'm awfully surprised Chor hasn't accidentally stabbed someone with those yet.
Haha, that transition was a spur of the moment decision. Quite useful it is, though.

very nice. every since i read ur comics for tapestry of horror i've been obsessing over it and following several opponents. Bane is my favorite all time character of all time

I did a presentation yesterday about cyberbullying and i wrote a poem about it and they made me put it in the presentation and one of my friends mom was there and when i read it her jaw just dropped.
Bane is freak amazing. i almost cried at the end of round two. i was like "nooooo! why much he die!!! he was awesome"

Alright first off, the whole thing is epic. Second, the poem, there are no words for it, and the fact that you used the match's name for the last rhyme is just marvelous. Not just because of the rhyme, but because of the coherence. I applaud you forever, miss. I now know where to go to for lyrical brilliancy.
