I'd write a fancy critique but im not even worthy, the styles cute as hell, i love the eyes, the only thing i can suggest is the contrast on the skin, only say this because ive been told countless times, i like it though, looks pretty wicked.

uhm, the difference between the colours you use to shade and whatnot.. just should be a little bit more noticable but not look to bold, im not sayon im a pro either lol just a big thing ive been told.

Try pushing the shading - more fine-details, more shades, more places. Also, be mindful of where the hair ends up. The patch over her right eye looks awkward since it "disappears", you know? She's also missing eyebrows. Try to keep stuff like that realistic.

Well, I kind of wanted this to be a simple piece, which is why I pushed towards cartoonish and not realistic.
Oh, and about the hair, if you look closely, theres a bobby pin there (that X is symbolic for bobby pins in most anime/mangas) so it's not really dissapearing.
