uuuugh, painting is so haaard

It's a good challenge though. I guess I learned from ceramics that these kinds of challenges are only rewarding in the end. I should probably photograph some of my ceramic pieces now that I think about it...

any way, working from photographic reference I took from the top of one the rolling mountain/hills along the coast of Dingle, Ireland. I tried to paint some local landscapes but they really just can't compare! I get so little inspiration, despite the beauty of the local area. I just want to paint my wide open spaces and irish green <3
