[SPOILERS] In Horizons, we find out she lost her battle with Gilda, falling into a balefire crater and becoming a ghoul. She is hidden away in the Pegasus city known as Thunderhead. Occasionally, she ventures out into the wasteland disguised as Mare Do Well to help ponies discreetly, much like the "Mysterious stranger" from Fallout. [SPOILERS]

It seems that this comic and Horizons differ in Rainbow's fate then as it seems she had something different happen to her here.

My theory: Rainbow was trying to out fly the explosion that caused the fallout with the sonic rainboom, but the energy from it fuse with the rainboom forced her to go at the speed of light thus sending her through time, but with that speed she cannot stop her self, which is why she is yelling help.

As Far as I know, Kkat never stated what happned to Rainbow Dash. It is all just speculation by the fans.

Kkat has a headcanon for these things outside of the main story, which she explicitly states are non-canon (just her headcanon, so as to not ruin the stories that stick close to the original's canon). She reveals them sometimes on her Fimfiction blog. The fate of Rainbow Dash was detailed here  and some people have taken to using it.

well since Pinkie died of balefire, she probably became ghost that puts the cap on all container or that is just Discord or she is Lady Luck :3
While AJ died of normal way, age so I doubt she can be revived

Meanwhile Twilight mind and soul are still 'alive' in a body of alicorn that look just like her. Is just to find her is the problem and even more problem if she still remember it

I'm going to guess that Rainbow Dash somehow managed to become so fast that she's become STUCK IN TIME... or something, I dunno how to really explain it.  That's just my hypothesis.

I don't think she DID come out of Sweetie Bot.  I think RD is just coming from the same physical point that Sweetie Bot was just coincidentally standing in.
