Hey there! Here's another illustration I did for Magic: The Gathering's upcoming Avacyn Restored set. The card was spoiled today so I can show the painting!More cards on the way! Cheers everyone!

I love that you post your MtG work here. So many Magic cards are so pretty but they're so tiny. This is absolutely wonderful and there's a lot of little details that I'm sure will be lost on the actual card.

This sun you made was really impressive, because it kinda hurts my eyes, like the real life sun! And that's something i've aways ask to myself: Why the default white don't looks brighter than your sun painting? Whyyyy? π: 0 β©: 1

NΓ£o sei se Γ© sΓ³ uma questΓ£o de contraste, porque nΓ£o bastaria que colocasse um degradΓͺ de branco/amarelo/laranja/algo do tipo contra coisas escuras pra dar essa sensação. Ele usou tons especΓficos e uma transição correta das cores pra chegar nisso. Se vocΓͺ tentar obter o mesmo resultado com qualquer contraste, vai ver que nΓ£o Γ© sΓ³ isso.
