Personality:  Chip is small but never let's his size or missing leg bring him down. While he is soft spoken he will still speak his mind. He will go out if his way to say hello . Chip is noble and will try and do the right thing (even if it ends up being wrong) He is one to try and enforce the laws if he thinks they are broken to fair.But with some drinks or a goofy friend he can BEND some laws..
Backstory:
Chip was born to a small family of unicorns. They where all small like him. His father was a light chestnut and his mother a very red almost to bright mare. They where good to him. Not to hard not to soft.
When he was only a week old a storm rolled in. Some how he lost his family and was left under a large tree hit by lighting. He can't remember how or what his family was. Or even his name.
A young filly had been heading home after the storm when she found him.

She found a young foal, who had been trapped under the tree, knocked out. He was badly hurt and one back leg's where crushed beyond being fixed.
The young mare took him back to her home. He awoke to find him self in the unicorns home. The filly watching over him. He looked shocked at first and asked where he was. Then who he was. The filly could only tell him he was safe. She knew nothing of his name.
When he was rested more, the mother of the family came into see him. The foal looked lost and asked if the mare was HIS mother. Even if they where warmblood sized and he was pony sized.
She ended up naming him Chip. For the little Chip in his horn.

The horse family could not just leave him to him self. They adopted him as their own. The mother of the family didn't mind a fourth child, seeing as she had three already. Her name was Hukia.She was more then happy to care for the colt. Chip found that living in this new family was nice.

His now adopted brothers where both very large. Almost spooky large. They where grey and had short tails.They where the ones to come up with the idea of making Chip a fake leg. It started out as a little work here an there kind of things. His new father making him a leg from new things his only sister Luna would find.

Most of the legs had shinny odds an ends on them . His adopted sister Luna was the one he grew closer to. The young red mare was always there when he needed her. She helped him learn to swim, and even how to hold his breath under water if needed.

Chips mother and father where very joyful of the young colt he was becoming. He never let his size get him down. In fact he trained with his brothers. They helped him get used to his fake leg in the start and thought it was best he could run.

Even if Chip was clearly a lot smaller, he never let his size bug him. His adopted family where all the size of warmbloods, he was only a mini horse after all.
Over the years he didn't grow much. In fact it was like he never grew at all. He found his magic and thought it was pretty cool.

When he turned three he told his family he wanted to see the world. And they thought it best to tell him about his past. About how they found him. Chip wasn't to shocked. He was very small after all. He felt deep down he had to find out more about his past.

After a couple days he said goodbye,, but not for good, and set out to find his familys past.
