Wicked good, I'm just gettin into stenciling, what do you cut with, and what are you using to cut stencils from?

I have accumulated a collection of hobby knives and scalpeks and such, but mostly I just use a pretty standard break-blade boxcutter, which allows you to frequently replace your edge when it gets dull.
I cut my stencils from 0.1 and 0.2 mm transparencies (transparent plastic sheets), which allows me to trace photos and drawings directly onto the stencil and gives a tough, relatively tear- and fold-proof stencil.

Awesome, thanks for the feedback, I never thought of a scalpel, they have these awesome throw away cheap scalpels at the garden shop. And also where did you find the transperencies? I have been using paper, but after three shot of paint, there dead

I only use scalpels for very fine detailwork: they cut well but lose their edge quickly, so I find it's not worthwhile to waste them on simple cuts.
Transparencies are getting harder to come by now that beamers are taking over from overhead projectors. You can still find hem in office supply stores but they're often ludicrously expensive. Lots of offices, universities etc. are currently getting rid of this stuff in favour of beamers so if you know anyone working in such a place, they might be able to find you boxes of the stuff for free.
