Description
This little fly was like half the size of a grain of rice. It was insane. I only noticed it until a bee landed on the same flower before realising that the spot was already taken. The bee was like ten times its size - the little fly practically made the bee look like it was bigger than the Titanic in comparison.So, what do you think of this shot? Successful? For those who have seen my gallery, am I too obsessed with macro photography?

Thanks. Yeah, I often finding myself wishing that I could just pause time so I could get the perfect shot. Now that would be a comparative advantage.

I can agree with that. I would love to be able to still time in order to get amazing expression shots, and also take pictures of stuff that I normally wouldnt be able to.. If I could just..stop time and everyone in it, and tip toe around with my camera. *ahem*

this really is beautiful. not saying anything new here but the colour and composition really is beautiful - and no there's no such thing as too much macro as long as you're doing well which you are lol. though in saying that there's never a bad time to go out and try something new. maybe next time you go out photographing something it would be fun to leave the wide lenses at home

Yeah, but I'm not thinking only on your photos, but universally - people like macro... I believe. Probably because some things you take with camera can not be seen so easily with naked eye. OMG I didn't favor you???

Sweet shot! You can really see all the little details on the fly, and he looks a little maniacal rubbing his hands together like that. I don't think you can be too obsessed with macros either.
