I started this way back in 1996 or 97. Anyhoo it's finished now - PHEW!!!!This is about genetics, fingerprints, DNA and cells exploding turning into life....and well the internal giblets of our earth mother.
It was actually inspired by Red Dwarf and the line....
"You are forbidden passion fruit" - Arnold Rimmer. I know it's bizarre but that's me all over really.
Watercolour and blendable pencil crayon, ink, felt tips and gold marker pen.

Word of mouth really. I only do it as a hobby, but I'd love one day to be a full time artist. It's extremely hard work promoting and holding down a full-time mundane existence takes it's creative toll.

I heard that many people start on pork skin (which I have tried, with indian ink!), dont think Id have the balls to do it on human skin without a LOT of practise! Dont grow up!! That would be sooo boring!

oh cool! I saw the whole piece as the formation of life in different pockets everywhere. All the swirls, flowers, bubbly things - theyre all very organic and to me look like the small beginnings of a new life
