its mukuro from katekyo hitman REBORN ,but with tyl hair .hes one of my fave characters ,but im not sure why hehe his personality is epic and i really like the idea of illustions .
but hes doing his generic ,"for some reason i'm randomly standing in a lotus pond " pose
