Lovely concept! I love Royai, so so much. I really like the color of the background, and I can see that you put some fine detailing in. I particularly like the seams. I love clothing seams... and the folds are well done! I have the hardest time with those. 
I think, though, that in future pieces you might want to be careful about certain proportions, particularly on the arms. The elbow usually hits around the waist, (which is slightly higher for men) and the wrists hit around the lower pelvis, more or less, making the arms slightly longer than the torso. When you add the hands, the fingers should hit somewhere between the top third and the half line of the thigh (depending on your character, of course.)
