Thats Hope. The Pony of Harmony. She is the Dother of the Tree of harmonie. And the princess of the future
The tree created her with its magic. She is very wise and not a real pony. Since it is made of magic, it is very powerful.
When Discord almost wiped out the tree with its tendrils, he created her and sent her away to protect herself.
The frightened pony then hid in a hidden part of the two sisters' castle until Alice found the girl.
