With the HUGE influx of trainers from Paldea exploring and adventuring out in a new region many many students are studying all kinds of things related to the reigon.. most of all in relation to the gym challenge. And guess what, sometimes.. those matches are recorded!
And when you're rude to a Gymleader in a battle, especially when you're a sore winner.
You won't be very popular!
Of course it's been over a year since her first victory, but Ninette had come across quite a few trainers who gave her dirty looks. While training Matriel, Ninette found only ONE who seemed genuinely interested in her, apparently.. there's some mentorship program. And while this student is.. ..uh... unique.
Ninette is quite a scholar herself, so it seems for now, she's apart of a mentorship program.
With this student being the protegee. Apparently her name is 'Eggrina' as Ninette learned from a name card. There's no way that's actually her name, right? Right??
