Well, the mountains are intact, but the fact that the sun's reflection cuts off so abruptly adds a kind of optical illusion to the photo. It's bright, and then all of a sudden, it's dark again.

I agree~ about 70% of our area is covered with forest, and there are thousands of lakes. Nature is everywhere here : D
