I started this 3 days after the episode aired and had almost the entire thing finished within 4 days. All I had left to do was attach the horns, spines, and some other small details, but I don't know I guess I lost interest and then let depression or something beat me yet again. But I managed to get the last part done today and took some photos.
Again I'm sorry about the quality, I wish I had a real camera actual lights in my house. These pictures actually do not look good, she looks so much better in person.
DETAILS
Height: 17" to top of spines
Length: 14" from tip of nose to farthest end of tail
Eyes: Poly-satin and felt applique
Scales: Copic markers
Fabric: Azure, Tiffany, White, Electric Blue, and Lavender Minky
Interior: Poly-fil stuffing, plastic pellets, plastic doll armature, wire/pipe cleaners
Other: The wing gradients, dark scales, and eyebrows were done with Copic markers. The light scales are Turquoise Minky applique. Her wings and arms have wire and can be posed, her body and legs have a plastic doll armature and can be posed slightly.

Wow she turned out really good! I really like the wing gradients! I don't know why, but those really stood out to me!! Does the tail have any posing ability too? (so she can stand on her own with it? :3)

Materials are incredibly expensive, it's a handmade collectible, and the amount of hours and labour that go into making something like this are all part of the cost. I believe my Ember plushie actually has the lowest price of all the ones that have been made so far.

I just want you to know, you have horrible timing.
I just spent money on another pony plushie that popped up two days before your lovely Ember. I had been watching for an Ember plush to show up somewhere, but I gave up after a while. And now, just a few days later, you post this. Sigh. I would be fighting in the bidding war right now for her if I could.
Any possible chance you'd be willing to make her again in a month, perhaps a month and a half? I see you do commissions.
