No, sorry that's unacceptable! There are plenty of free bases you can already use around here, but nobody is probably going to let you use their pictures that they worked hard on to trace! :C

Haha, I never cared much for Weird Al, the most I knew of him was the Robot Chicken "Weasel Stomping Day" skit, and my big brother had a shirt with him on it when I was a kid. XD But ME TOO I seem to like annoying characters! As long as they're not like... Whiny and irritating. XD But hyper-crazy-annoying is fine! <3
