Description Applying for the Team Pallet leader position. I'll let my answers do the rest of the talking. FIRST, I quick note on the following statement that was on the #PokePlatform blog:

"This doesn't mean you have to be the best artist, but you need to have some digital skills, preferably, and be able to pose a challenge to members wishing to battle you."

Please do not pass this by because it is traditional. All of my schoolwork as of late has been digital, and man, I needed a break. You want digital, just take a quick glance in my gallery. That is all.

Why should we make you a moderator: ---> Honestly, I went back and forth on whether I should be doing this or not. My detriments will become painfully obvious when I get to talking about my schedule, but THAT'S NOT RELEVANT YET. I am crazy organized. Seriously. I mean, I kind of have to be with what I do for school and what I do for fun. I MAKE TIME for fun. I love telling stories with pictures. I love drawing. I love seeing what other people do. Heck, if someone wishes it, I love helping someone get better at drawing. I think I do what I do well. My time constraints may make full blown illustrations sporadic, but I would make my time count and comment and comment and comment. And gym battles? IT IS SO ON. Like I said, crazy organized, and boy would I organize. I'd make sure I had time to dedicate to the team, make sure there was always SOMETHING art related going on, and just... I'd interact. I know, I know, I haven't been the best at that last point, I'll be the first to admit, but anyone that knows me will tell you that I am on the ball when needed.

Long story short: organized, talented, willing and WANTING to help. We out.

Do you have any previous modding experience: ---> I help out in a couple other groups with voting and the like. Nothing I would call terribly major, but geez, I would do more. Just finding the right thing to commit myself to, and #PokePlatform has inspired me. Sure, not entirely for art related to the group, but I draw EVERY SINGLE DAY. Most of that is because of school, but another big chunk of that is because of the awesome art I see online. And I derailed this question. Uh... in simple terms: SLIM TO NONE. I'm a quick learner.

What would you do to help improve PP: ---> INTERACTION. I know how crazy real life gets. I want to bring activities to the table that ANYONE can do, no matter their time constraints. I hate being pushed aside because school gets insane or family wants more attention, and I want to make sure I include those people who feel the same. I tell stories with pictures, so I would be in the field of "DRAW MOAR" versus the chat roleplay. I do love reading the roleplay going on occasionally, but lets show more with art! And with drawing more... if there are those that wish it, I love offering critiques. Definitely wouldn't offer one unless asked first, but it's so much fun to help people. We all draw differently, and while anatomy is a lovely thing, everyone should have their own way to draw, and that's not something to be squashed.

What is your schedule like? ---> Ah ha. If anything will get me rejected, this will. My schedule is CUH-RAZY busy. I'm a senior in college. I graduate in May. I take commissions. I help mod two other groups. I'm in an awesome artist exchange group. How do I make time for all this? Short answer: I'm on the computer EVERY DAY. Pretty much all my schoolwork is on the computer. I have a lovely little Macbook Pro that plugs away like a trooper while I mess around in 3D programs and Photoshop crashes. I have school Monday through Thursday. I have my laptop with me pretty much wherever I go, and honestly, DeviantArt is always open in my browser. THAT'S where my organization skills come in. I do a lot of things, yes. My schedule is insane, yes. But I get everything done that needs to get done, and I STILL have time to play Dragon Age. I LIKE ART. Nothing keeps me from it (nothing SHOULD I want to do this stuff as a career, I'd be failing if I couldn't keep it together).

Any other comments? ---> Single worst application ever? YES. Do I care? NO. I mean, look, I got to draw Tempest looking all "librarian sexy". I was almost not going to apply, NOT because of being nervous over committing time to the group, but because Tempest is SO Team Oak personality. But underneath all that "SERIOUS BUSINESS" persona, she's a nice girl. She likes being helpful, she's just rather blunt most of the time.

HOLY CARP look at those anatomy issues. ARGH. But look how I cheated with those legs man. THAT'S why she has bulky boot/leg things: 'cause drawing legs sucks. I'm rather tired, so I'm ending this commentary now before I make more of a fool of myself.

Uh... vote for me?

Wat I didn't even notice this was traditional until you said so. Maybe I'm just kinda dumb. I love ti though. You should draw more traditional! Good luck!

Most of my stuff usually is traditional! School has shoved me more in to digital lately, and I've just kinda flowed with it.

Tempest: I would regrettably be leaving Oak if I succeeded in getting the position. Oak would always be my first home!
