Ki control can be very tricky and dangerous to use for novices, they can accidentally overcharge their still developing cells and burn out their bodies, rendering them powerless until they've recovered.

In The Guardians’s universe, Planet Vegeta was never destroyed by the Dictator Lord Frieza, but instead defeat him and his army with the support of the Tuffles from their planet, and Dragons from of their neighboring planet, Zaka Chagg, Planet Vegeta became a utopian society and a tropical paradise in the Andromeda Galaxy. They are welcoming to tourists and happy to share their knowledge of Ki energy.

The Saiyans’s ancestors were spiritually in tune with the universe and made peace with all life on their planet centuries ago.

Saiyans are able to transform into a Senzu Form, which significantly boost their Ki control and other abilities. Their hair grows longer, and they develop a colourful streak that mirrors the the type of Ki they have mastered. When MonKi achieved this, he is called “Super MonKi”.

The term 'Super MonKi' is a name Draco uses to describe MonKi's second form, the term "Super Saiyan" does not exist, and the natives do not refer to their transformation abilities with that term.

Saiyans has the ability to turn into The Great Ape whose size is up to 200ft tall. Their Ki levels and strength is 10 times stronger than their base form. Mastering the Great Ape form is one of the methods to achieve the Senzu form, as well as mastering Ki. Saiyans learned to control the Great Ape form at will, but after defeating the warlord, Frieza, they chose not to use this from.
