This is the shiny of a new evolved form for Dewgong for my Fakemon project Fang and Claw, based mostly on Steller's sea cow (Hydrodamalis gigas), an extinct sirenian larger than any around today that was hunted to extinction by 1768. However, the name and asymmetrical tusks come from Odobenocetops, a cetacean that lived around Peru and Chile from the late Miocene to early Pliocene.
