Description Pel, the second of the surgeon duet in an RP with Snowy. Shorter than Scal, and just a tad more psychotic.

No, they're not the typical "crazy surgeon." The difference being that the two always seem to have some sense in them. It's a little hard to explain.

Yes, his antennae were inspired by *ladylaguna 's character, Verm.

I like the coloring here. I think that the grin at the bottom is off somehow, though. Otherwise, good drawing. I liked the "hospitalize, sterilize, neutralize" thing alot.
