Okay, I just didn't want to go critiquing where it wasn't wanted.   Your shading is lovely, and you have the shape of the nose and mouth down perfectly, and all of the features are in the right places.  The neck, however, is a little too long.  Also, the eye on the left side has lids slightly the wrong shape at the far corner.  If you look at this famous 3/4 photo portrait, you can see how her further eye, lid and lashes all curve to a sort of rounded shape.  Whereas the eyeball on yours curves, the lid is still pointed - on a real person, this would mean having eyelids that stick out in the corner!

I hope that makes sense!  It really is a beautiful portrait and I never want to be too harsh, but everyone has room for improvement now and then (me especially!)

I agree about his criticism about the eye, a little mistake of mine.  But I wanted that the neck  I did that way by purpose, it's an elf and not a human beging.
