Opal is my favourite gem, including the non-fusions! Her arrival episode was so bad-ass, I started drawing this right after I watched it!Related content

I adore her!,I mean yeah,Sugilite is awesome and Sardonyx is funny but....I feel they have too much of Ame and Pearl bad parts of their personality in they(Sugilite have all the wildness of Ame and Sardonyx all the saltyness of Pearl)so that why even now,my favorite fusion is Opal,she's like all Ame and Pearl good things mix in a tall beautiful person!,oh I wish she appears more,I miss her so much,I think I have seen Giant Woman like a million times

Opal is a wonderful fusion full of all positive characteristics of Pearl and Amethyst, it is a well-balanced fusion. The first time i saw her i was impressed by her grace (Pearl attribute, note she walks on her toes) and tenacity (Amethyst attribute), i liked colour scheme that evokes natural colour of opal gemstone (there are different type of colours but we know opalescence which causes opals and other gemstones to exhibit a glimmer of different colors when rotated or seen in different angles and in Opal we can see it in Pearl's gemstone and Amethyst's gemstone). Everytime i see her she reminds me of a hindu goddess^^ great work!

Yeah those are some of the reasons I like Opal as well! I also like that she's relatively calm and centered whereas both Amethyst and Pearl and can be fairly unrestrained in their emotions. I imagine Opal still has the same strong feelings but she channels them differently. Even with so many gems and fusion in the show now, Opal is still my fave!

Hice todo en Photoshop ... Yo no quiero complicar más las cosas , así que voy a decir el consejo más simple que puedo dar es ... sé la forma 3D del dibujo y de la fuente de luz y que le ayudará mucho!
Lo siento no hablo español! : _: Usé algo de traducción en línea así que espero que poco tiene sentido ! Si no, tal vez tendrás más suerte traducir el Inglés !

I did everything in Photoshop... I don't want to over complicate things so I'll say the simplest advice I can give is... know the 3D form of your drawing and the light source and that will help a lot!
I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish! :_: I used an online translation thing so i HOPE it kinda makes sense! If not, maybe you'll have better luck translating the English!
