«You drop, huh...» Martin sighed. «Why?»
«I’m sick of it.» Jay said. «It reminds me my past...»

The guy walked around the living room in circles clutching his head, his father Nick stood beside him. They brawled for almost half an hour.
«When will you stop to behave like this?!»
«And when will you stop to humiliate me?! When will all of you stop doing that?!»
«We will if you’ll behave normally!»
«Dad! Don’t you understand that my behavior wasn’t a consequence of the relationship of people to me – that was the reason!»
«Maybe it is right.» Nick tried to become calm. «But you are such as people say about you: unbearable, rude, heartless boy! Is this a lie what you smoke?! Is this a lie what you drink too?! Of course not! I personally saw this!»
«Awesome, damn it! Say that I’m "cross-eyed", dad! Come on, say it!!!» Jay cried loudly. «You and my mother saw my horrible eyes - why didn’t you do the operation? The guy was so angry that his speech almost went to the foul words, ran upstairs and locked himself in his room. Nick didn’t have time to catch up his son and continue the conversation. He didn’t even see the point of it... He just said to the guy through the door: «You have to be responsible for your actions, James. I just want you to be a good person, that's all...» and left. Jay went to the balcony, took out a cigarette and began to smoke nervously.
«Be a good person... I never was and I never will. As my eyes hadn’t the same color and they never will…»

Jay smiled at his friend. Together they went into the yard to the girls. James hugged Eva, kissed her forehead and said: «I love you, my candy.» Bella rushed to Martin's neck, they kissed. The company went to the side of the beach, having fun, talking and just enjoying life.

Eva’s memories

Night. Intercity highway. Lightning in the sky and the lights of passing cars’ headlights were destroying total darkness. Eva wearily trudged on the roadside: twelve years old girl with long curly brown hair and black eyes walking slowly with a backpack on her back and crying. She was exhausted too much to continue her way, moved a little farther from the road and fell into the grass. The girl looked up at the sky listening to the thunder, the noise of cars, grass rustling in the wind.
«When... When I ate the last time?» Eva said and began to dig in a backpack in search of food. «No, I don’t want to eat... I even don’t want to live…»
She took a bottle of water, took a few sips. The girl began to cry again, nervously continued to sort through the contents of the backpack, her arm caught a knife and a small mirror.
«Why did I take it?!» Eva cried looking at herself in the mirror. «I don’t want to see my ugly face! I don’t want to do it!»
She furiously threw the mirror into the grass, grabbed a knife and started to cut her long, curly brown hair, leaving hair length just above the shoulders. In the process she badly cut his hand, blood gushed strong jet.
«I totally deserve all this pain!» Eva shouted while continuing to cut her hair. «I killed my own sister! Parents hate me! Everyone hate me! I don’t have home anymore! I hate myself! Hate, HATE!!!»
Eva finished, she cut her hands a couple more times. Injuries was hurting too much, girl’s soul was splitting apart because of incredible anger. She wiped knife by her sleeve, put it back in the bag and lied on the grass crying harder and continuing to shout at herself.
«I hate you, Emily Eva Wanson! Damn you! DROWN IN DESPAIR!! BURN IN HELL!!!»

Wansons’ house. Two young girls were standing in front of a large mirror. Amanda stood behind her sister and combing her hair. Eva’s unusual hairstyle - short curly hair dyed half red, half chestnut - gave her appearance a cool "flavor".
«Look at yourself, you’re so beautiful!» Mandy said.
«Yes, probably I am...» Eva said quietly in response, a tear appeared in her cheek.
«What is it, darling?»
«Nothing. It’s ok now.»
«By the way, do you want to grow your hair back?»

Amanda's dream

Night. Impenetrable darkness, a dense scary forest around, damp earth underfoot. It's so cold and slippery... I ran barefoot along the path up the hill feeling like the cold chills me to the bones. I slipped and hit my knee on a rock, a hellish pain shot through the whole body. I jumped up from the ground the last effort and continued to run. After reaching to the edge of that forest cliff I could recognize a place where I was – a cliff where Eva pushed me down four years ago. Mike was at the very edge of it. His blond hair became cold white, ice appeared underneath.
«Mike, what are you doing here?!» I shouted.
«Amanda...» The guy said without looking back. «Go away.»
«Don’t tell me that you’re going to jump down!»
«I’ll fall...»
«Are you insane?! Get away from there!» I tried to go up to the guy to stop him, but I was engulfed in icy whirlwind. «Mike, why?!»
«I hate you all! Hate you! HATE!» Mike turned abruptly and shouted. «You caused me so much pain! Parents hate me, why they didn’t let that crazy woman to sew up my mouth and make me a doll?! Bella's words that I’m her «most-favorite brother» were a dirty lie! Jay and the other guys at school think I'm a goof! And you... You don’t need me at all...»
«No, Mike, it’s not true! Mike, no!!!»
The boy took a step back and fell down. I ran to him as fast as I could, but I didn’t catch him up - he flew down to the death...

Amanda woke up sharply. Trembling with fear, she buried her head in a blanket and began to cry softly. Suddenly her mobile phone rang in the room. Bella was calling.
«Hello!»
«Mandy!» Bella was crying into the phone.
«What happened? Why are you crying?»
«Mike, he... he...»
«Wait for me at home, I'll come soon.»
Bella was standing on the terrace of the house while waiting for a friend. It was late cold night, the girl almost froze very quickly.
«Why are you waiting for me outside?» Mandy appeared and said «You’ll catch a cold!»

The girls went upstairs, opened Mike’s room’s door. All room from floor to ceiling was covered with ice, icy stalagmites looked like sticking needles, the whole place was a mess, the window was opened. The guy wasn’t there. Amanda ran to the window and jumped out of it.
«Mandy!» Bella shouted, running up to the windowsill and looked out into the yard.
«Everything will be ok.» Amanda landed and said looking at her friend and smiling. «I'll find your brother.»
The girl ran out of the Tripps’ yard. She closed her eyes and felt Lord of water’s magic signature - he was going somewhere outside Venture Falls. Mandy ran as fast as she could. She told Bella that everything will be ok... But she felt that it won’t...

The boy took a step back and started to fall down, but Mandy quickly ran to him, grabbed him and lifted back on the cliff. She hugged Mike weeping bitterly.
«I need you, Michael! Do you hear me?!»
«Don’t lie to me...» The guy said quietly. He received a slap in the face in response.
«How dare you to think that I'm lying to you?!» The girl furiously cried.
«Because you're a goddess... You can’t need a fool like me...»
«You’re Idiot!» Amanda kissed Mike on the lips. The guy gave in, gently hugged the girl. Then she, looking him straight in the eyes, sobbed again. «You are because you consider yourself a bad person. Don’t listen to those who say bad things about you - they are absolutely wrong. You're polite, calm, interesting guy, you're so wonderful...»
«Mandy... I'm sorry...»
«Promise me that you won’t try to suicide again! Mike, please!»
«I promise.» The ice began to disappear. «Looks like my power is back to normal. Thank you.»
The couple rose from the ground, Mike horrified seeing his girlfriend scarred, a wound was visible on her leg from hitting the stone. «It’s nothing.» Amanda said with a friendly smile, but after taking a step forward she felt horrible pain.
«You hit yourself on the way here, right?» Mike said sadly. «So it’s my fault that you’re injured. What a nightmare…»
«It's okay, don’t get angry at yourself...»
«I won’t. Anger is disgusting - it creates so many problems!» The guy looked at the edge of the cliff. «I could do so terrible things in fit of rage... Thank you, Mandy, you saved me!»
In response, Amanda kissed Mike's lips again. Guy felt absolutely happy – felt himself the happiest guy in the world...
