Samsara is a Yuyan archer from Korra's era, she's 14 in book 1 and her story happens right after the end of book 4. She's the descendant of Vachir, one of the Rough Rhinos of ATLA, a former Yuyan archer.
She wears a modernised uniform I designed, due to the lack of informations about this Fire Nation unity even in the Roleplay game.
