You have to get an adult male sim to look through a telescope, then when he gets abducted, he returns pregnant (if there's less than 8 people in the househole).
It's really rare, but I just:
press Ctrl-Shift-C ; then type in :
boolProp testingcheatsenabled true
then Shift-click on the telescope. ^^
Also, with said cheat, you can Shift-Click amle sims and get them pregnant with one of the options that pop-up.
But look at me; I'm rambling. XD
