Assigned as the primary liaison between the Nebulon and the Sylori, the Duke of the Dahlia spends his year traveling between each of the four nations. While he’s widely acknowledged to be intelligent and well-spoken, he’s much more renowned for his lavish parties and fashion prowess. The man has not missed a single party in neigh a hundred years – and drags around the Gallant as his ever present partner in crime. Despite how much he might indulge in his vices, his skill with intrigue and politics makes him very much irreplaceable to his embassy.
