Done on my new Bamboo tablet in Corel Painter Essentials^_^
What I did was take an old photo I had of a fish at the Shed aquarium in Chicago and painted over it. While there is a feature with Corel that takes photographs and transforms them into paintings, I wanted to do it the traditional way.
The photo painter thing makes the pic look too realistic anyway
