Your character is incredibly pretty! I love the tail "sail" wing. And the tail's end reminds me of my own persona's.

This is quite awesome. I love the contrast of the colors on the rider and the dragon. It helps them stand out from the environment despite the similar colors.
It also gives me ideas, would you mind if I wrote a scene taking inspiration from this?
