Description
In Joshua Chapter 23, we hear,Joshua's exhortation, sincere and clear,
To Israel, God's chosen race,
With words of wisdom, faith and grace.
Joshua spoke of God's great might,
How He fought for them day and night,
Driving out their enemies from the land,
And giving them victory, by His command.
He reminded them of God's faithful ways,
Never failing in all their days,
Keeping His promises, ever true,
As they followed Him, their faith renewed.
Joshua urged them to remain steadfast,
To cling to God, and hold Him fast,
To love the Lord, and obey His voice,
And make Him their ultimate choice.
He warned against idolatry's snare,
And staying true, with utmost care,
To the covenant they made with God,
And never straying from His holy rod.
In Joshua Chapter 23, we find,
A leader's wisdom, so divine,
A call to faithfulness, till the end,
Trusting in God, their eternal Friend.
So let us heed, Joshua's voice,
And in God's faithfulness, rejoice,
Following Him with hearts ablaze,
And walking in His righteous ways.
