I found some negatives under my bed so got them printed at work today. Turns out they are from a family holiday I went on to the Chamonix Valley in the French Alps when i was about 10/11 (i think).This picture in particular shows just how impressive the scenery is in the Alps. Im quite proud of my 11 year old self for composing this image and quality of it isn't bad either considering i must have only had a little comapct camera!
This shot was taken at the end of a train ride up a mountain overlooking one of the glaciers.

oh my! Notice how there's much more ice on the slope in this one, compared to mine!! stupid global warming :/
But I like the colours here. It looks just like from all those old postcards you can get in Chamonix...
