I really would like to have some scene with Sans and Raffy more but deep down I felt it wasn't necessary, considering that Alphys already gave the hint referring to as why Raffy couldn't be fired or else they will have to support the consequences. 
So, instead, it's up to your imagination about how Sans would lecture Raffy like that. XD
