Just playing with their styles a bit to see what they might look like in a variety of day to day looks. I think this might be 'clubbing', which Lysander would utterly fail to understand why one must dress up to swing a stick.Related content

Thank you so much! Lysander's culture is primarily telepaths. This develops usually around puberty, with children using spoken language. Their spoken language thus lacks the nuance of adulthood including things like idioms, metaphors and similes. Those who are unable to hear telepathy, like Lysander, are thus relegated to childlike roles in their society. Lysander left his homeworld for this reason, since life among an alien species who speaks a foreign tongue is still better than being treated like a small child forever.

Oh, that's so cool! It's interesting to find this out about Lysander. I can certainly understand why he wanted to leave home and have a better life, it would be sad and frustrating to live in a place where he would never be respected or treated as an equal.
