GAHThe UK flag was SO HARD TO DO DX
I love the design, though
just don't make me draw it... >.<...should I maybe attempt to give him arms...? DX
EDIT: GAHHH, just went through major edits O_O so his pose might look stiff or awkward where I added to him DDDX
England is my #2 favorite character in Hetalia, even though his personality is pretty dang awful ^^'
I think I've liked England for most my life, really.
When I was a kid, I didn't know what "Asians" were, but it was obvious that I was different from other kids, so I figured I was British XDDDDDD

Be sure to NEVER draw the Norwegian flag, there are strict proportions made to kill the hopes and dreams of school kids drawing it on the national day... *has traumas* O_o
I'd suggest you should cut him across the chest(sounds horrible DX!) to make it a bust, or do as =starfire-wolf suggested. Buuut it's still awesome ^^! And UK is awesome, his personality... also awesome. In a way XP.

So you have to follow those exactly? D: I actually have spacing issues on the America flag, which I hardly draw anyway DX so many stars and stripes 8D I still think the British flag gives me more trouble though >.<

Most of the time, yes. It's a pain. I've tried drawing the American flag a few times, but it seems almost harder. My attempts resulted in two or three decent rows of stars, and then what can only be described as... the Milky Way 
What we have to suffer through for the pride of our nations^^.

It's pretty tedious, especially since there are so many 5-pointed stars that aren't in neat rows >.< I think I love seeing old 48 star flags just for that reason XD

Have you ever seen Top Gear? It's a British car show, and the 3 guys on it are SO immature DX I think it finally occurred to me that England was immature because of those 3... The show is so hilarious though

XD Just yesterday, I saw an episode where they went to Albania to test "mafia cars" and the main host told the other two that they couldn't say "car," because it means something inappropriate in Albanian O.o And they did ridiculous things to test which of their cars would be preferred by mafia bosses DX
And there's still more! They've had competitions against car shows in Germany and Australia, and they cheated like fish >.< Then they would flash the loser sign at the other team after they "won." They were still hilarious to watch though ^^'
