This is one of my OCs that I made a while ago. I drew it while I didn't have a computer. I decided to remake her now. He name is Rochelle and she moved to America from France. She is now dating her next door neighbor Tanner. She is a very ditsy and gullible person. She is also very loyal to her friends and will never turn on them.

I had made about 15 OCs since I hadn't had my computer. I am going to try and make all of them and post them on here. I also want to make all of their outfits, sleep swim, formal, and maybe like athletic. I will be posted Tanner right after this because I have him done too.
