I’ve been working on this idea in my head for a little while and I thought I’d finally write it down then after a few doodles to figure them out a bit, I came up with this. There’s going to be about two or three more pages of information about them before you can make your own, so just bare with me!

These creatures are small furry dragons, most of them known to grow no larger then the largest dog. They have living plants growing down there spines, with the roots entangling and growing themselves with the draeden, making the animal stronger and giving it camafloge.

Draeden usually eat insects, but are known to eat rodents, like mice or bunnies, if they cause harm to their gardens. They can also take in nutriants through the plants. The shrubs that grow must be upkept and trimmed regularly, or they will become over grown and tangled with harmful bugs and weeds. They commonly grow bushes, foliage, and vines, but are also known to grow many other plant species.
Any seed can be planted on a pups forehead. That seed, once sprouted can never be uprooted or it will be the death of the Draeden. The Draeden and the plant are so deeply connected that if either of them become sick the other is effected as well.

Horn growth Is purely genetics.- which will be explained later,

They have paws in the front to be able to claw, dig and grab with, while they have cloven hooves in the back for a quick getaway, a good kick to the face or a high jump over a log.

/I thought of this idea when I saw that sad mouse video, with the plant growing out it.
/they cannot breath fire like there dragon cousins.
