Thanks! Some sketchy lines, some blobs, and there you go. Not to dissimilar to the way you do your spray-paint camo, I should think.

Like the shine through effect- u do this by altering the contrast or threshold or... So simple to do the patt but that effect makes it 'shine' ---oh dear- there goes the tumbleweed again!!!! [bad joke alert] .
Yup the spray can camo was done by masking off with paper shapes and leaves if I recall, a bit harder to get the stippling effect though!! Got a stencil brush that might give that effect but not used it for that yet. Might be worth trying !!!
