Thanks! And remember- ALWAYS poke the jedi with a stick first! You don't want to be in light-saber range of a drunken master.

The Star Wars group. I've been seeing your drawings on there for a while and loved every one of them. And I just now realized I never "watched" you. Lol.

I always imagine clones having light-hearted snark about those weird Jedi persons.

I've seen some pretty ridiculous names for clone OCs.
Not as fancy as Bartemaeus, but still pretty dumb.

like what? I haven't been the CW Fandom long enough to run into many clone OCs.

They tend to come in categories.
Excessively Fancy: Alberforth, Ludvig, Calcifrex, etc.
Excessively Badass: Reaper, Hero, Death, Scythe, blood-anything, etc.
Impossible-to-pronounce: Juc-liecen, Khorrghrattaghn, su'ciret, etc.
Too damn long: Astermadeus, Listerakkisen, dolphilondus etc.
and WTF: Nipples, Nutsack, Shart and Cheese.
The worst are Fem-clones.
because sense.

eregnar In reply to Allison-beriyani [2013-03-30 19:14:28 +0000 UTC]
Actually, genetically, Fem-clones would be quite possible. A mix-up could easily remove a Y chromosome and add an extra X. That said, they'd probably be terminated as soon as they were discovered. I seriously doubt Kaminoans would deliberately create female clones, since they're going for maximum fighting ability and females have naturally lower muscle-mass.

Allison-beriyani In reply to eregnar [2013-03-31 05:58:02 +0000 UTC]
1. True fact. Geneticists who clone mice have trouble maintaining male clone lines because of this problem.
2. The Kaminoans are a male dominated society, so they do have a bias against female soldiers. While it's definitely true that male humans tend to have more muscle, not all of warfare is heavy lifting, and the average higher CON and INT of human females makes them the better choice for things like medics, communications officers, and spies.
3. My primary objection to Femclones is that I've never encountered one that wasn't a total Mary-Sue. which is the fault of the creator, so it's one of those "In theory" things.

Allison-beriyani In reply to eregnar [2013-04-02 06:14:48 +0000 UTC]
No, I was Just being inarticulate.
Kaminoans, why are you so sociopathic?
I don't know if the Female clones would be such a distraction- they'd be sisters to the males ones. So unless Jango is somehow related to the Lannisters, I don't see sexual tension as a problem.
