Great choise of title 
You asked for critique, I have a few thoughts which you can take or leave. 1st, like your choise of model. She looks like she's standing strong and tall, despite wind and the waves rushing in towards her. The stormy seas and sky are a good choise and in keeping with the song.
If you can center the light source over her rather than the centre of the page I think it might help put the focus more onto her. You've cut the model out cleanly and blended her into the water well, it looks like she's meant to be there
I'm not certain about the birds. I guess it depends on the look you were going for. If it's a kind of surreal look or if they are representing something, maybe elaborate in your description? Just from a personal viewpoint, there's so many birds that I find them a little distracting and would probably prefer to only see a couple in the background (but again that's just my oppinion).
