I really like this image… Very Cool!My first impression are...

I like the water distortion / movement at the top of the image and the droplet’s on the leaves. The subdued lighting is nice as well. It gives the image that feeling or energy you feel during… or maybe shortly after a storm. Any lighter and the mood wouldn’t be different.

Finally, I like how the leaf is more oriented center / bottom of the image… it gives me the impression the water is flowing and the floating leaf will soon move of the image.
