Appears to be Diablo Lake, in the North Cascade Mountains, Washington, USA. I always enjoy the beautiful blue water in the lake, and stop there every time I make that drive. Thanks for sharing!

Washington is amazing for being green all year, I love that about it. But I have to admit, here in Massachusetts, the turning leaves are fantastically beautiful... even if they only last a few weeks. I want both!

I know! I love the green/fall color mix. We usually have a great amount of fall leaves but this year there wasn't a whole lot on our mountain drive adventure. (We assume it was from the wet summer? Killing the leaves so they just fell of before they turned.)
So hopefully next year I will get some more exciting colored pictures, if we decide to take another autumn drive.

Some river close to Rockport(?) with a vantage point lookout thing. lol. We drove around for the whole of the day so I have no idea where we went, I just enjoyed gazing at the scenery as it changed. lol.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. HAHA. I really should know these things. I've lived here my whole life, but Washington is big and has a LOT of rivers/streams/lakes.
