I LOVE Leroux's book.I just finished reading it for the second time. lol OMG gahh it's so good! If you really love Phantom of the Opera, read the original book! OMG 8O
lol yeah, so anyways...this is my interpretation of Erik and Christine (yes, she IS blonde in the book). I'm definitely coloring the Erik pic (*still frustrated that I don't have Photoshop*), and I will probably color the kneeling Christine pic (in that pic, btw, she's supposed to be holding a bouquet of roses...and I was too lazy to draw the top part of her dress lol).

Leroux's blonde Christine always struck me as more innocent and dainty than the later versions... but I think it fits for the way the book is.
